Frequently asked questions

01
What services do you offer?
Everything that makes a brand exist online: influencer and advertising campaigns, digital strategy, visual identity, websites with 3D animation, community management, photo and video production. What ties it together: all of it is designed and produced by people who create content themselves, not just people who talk about it.
02
What makes TALENTS different from other agencies?
Most agencies manage creators. We are creators. Arsène “AF5” Froon has been publishing for over ten years, with 1.5 million followers and 500 million views; Mathilde Ezavin brings the strategic rigour of a master’s degree from King’s College London. Our briefs are written by people who shoot, edit and post: tight enough to serve the brand, loose enough for the content to stay credible with the audience.
03
How does a project with you unfold?
A first conversation to understand your goal and your context. Then we put together a recommendation: strategy, formats, shortlisted creators, or a mock-up if it is a website. Once approved, we produce, distribute and measure. The details change with the project: an influencer campaign, a website and ongoing social media support do not follow the same path, and we adapt the method rather than forcing you into a template.
04
How quickly can you launch a project?
It depends on what we are building. We have delivered in 24 hours for an emergency, and taken a full month for a well-prepared, ambitious project. The real question is what you want to achieve: for a one-off action we move fast; for a campaign that needs to last, we take the time to do it properly.
05
How do you choose creators?
We have been part of this world for ten years: our network is wide and we know creators personally, not just their statistics. But we do not work from a closed list. For every brief, we cast based on the fit between audience, tone and objective. A creator who does not fit the project will not be proposed, even if they are in our contacts.
06
Do you work per project or on an ongoing basis?
Both, depending on your needs. A fixed fee per campaign for one-off actions: launches, activations, websites. A monthly subscription for ongoing support: community management, continuous strategy, regular content production. We adapt to the way you work, not the other way around.
07
Who owns the content you produce?
You do, with no time limit. Everything we produce for your brand, videos, photos, visuals, website, belongs to you. You can reuse it across all your channels, today and in five years.
08
How do you measure results?
With numbers you can verify: reach, engagement, followers gained, traffic or sales, depending on the goal set at the start. We share them as they are, and we tell you plainly when an idea did not work. A concrete example: PSG’s Twitch channel, which we have run since 2019, has passed 500,000 followers and racked up millions of views and comments.
09
What kind of clients do you work with?
Brands of every size: major groups such as PSG, Google or Crypto.com, independents such as BIBO Smash Burgers, associations such as Contrepied, and also individuals who want to shape their image. What matters is not the size of the client, it is the desire to do something well.
10
Do you only work in France?
No. We are based in France, but we have run projects in London, Dubai, New York and Abu Dhabi. Influencer campaigns and content production travel well, and our creator network crosses borders.
11
Do you also build websites?
Yes, and not generic brochure sites. We design and develop bespoke websites with art direction and animation: BIBO Smash Burgers, whose burger deconstructs in 3D as you scroll, or Contrepied with its built-in donation platform. Design, development and content are all made in-house.
12
Can you run our social media day to day?
Yes. Community management with us means an editorial line, a calendar, content produced by us (photos, videos, visuals), moderation and regular reporting. We offer it as a monthly subscription, because a community is built over time, not in a single campaign.
